BIACC believes in Quality. As a progressive organisation we are committed than ever to continually perfecting our processes and procedures to improve our services. We have demonstrated this commitment by developing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) in BIACC.

BIACC has embarked into a Quality Roadmap initiative since 2003 beginning with the ISO 9001:2008 certification and consequently led to the introduction of Total Quality Management (TQM) programme. Our Quality Roadmap is a general guide to provide us direction and identify several strategies and resources for building a sustainable culture in our organisation. BIACC is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute, United Kingdom. We implement Continuous Improvement (CI) framework in our line of services. In which, we continuously improve our quality of service deliverance to our customers from time to time. .
